PELANTIKAN LBH DHC 45 KOTA CIREBON
Kehadiran lembaga Bantuan Hukum ( LBH ) 45 Kota Cirebon sangat penting, untuk mengambil peran dalam proses pendidikan hukum bagi masyarakat Kota Cirebon agar paham dan mengerti hukum.
Hal itu dikemukakan Walikota Cirebon Subardi SPd, pada acara Pelantikan Kepengurusan LBH Dewan Harian Cabang ( DHC ) 45 Kota Cirebon, Jum’at ( 16/1 ) di ruang Adipura Kencana Balaikota Cirebon.
“ Pelaksanaan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara dengan azas Negara hukum, mengandung konsekuensi setiap warganegara wajib dan harus menjunjung tinggi hukum positif yang berlaku,” tutur Walikota.
Karena menurut Walikota, “ Hukum menganut paradigma dan doktrin berpikir yang lazim dalam civil law, yaitu berlakunya teori fiktie yang beranggapan bahwa begitu suatu norma hukum ditetapkan, maka pada saat itu setiap orang dianggap tahu hukum ”
Menurut Walikota, bagaimanapun peran dan karya angkatan 45 tak boleh berhenti karena perjalanan waktu.
“ Saya yakin dengan semangat pengabdian yang tinggi lbh 45 sebagai bagian dari angkatan 45, akan mampu terus berjuang dan berbakti pada masyarakat dengan jalan perjuangan yang berbeda,” tambahnya.
Adapun kepengurusan LBH DHC 45 Kota Cirebon yang dilantik yaitu Ketua Kol.Inf. ( Purn ) H.Sumarta, SH, Sekretaris Supriyadi HS, Bendahara Drs.Doddy Maksudhi, SmHk.
Tim Advokat/Pengacara Letkol. Hk. ( Purn ) Utoyo Sumitro, SH, Letkol. Hk. ( Purn ) Ramadi, SH.
